Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and launch of a new generation insulin product. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in product management, with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in diabetes care. The candidate should have an MBA degree from Tier 1 colleges, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the new generation insulin product, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
– Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, medical affairs, clinical development, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development, launch, and commercialization.
– Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, by developing and executing marketing plans, conducting market research, and analyzing product performance.
– Develop and manage budgets for the new generation insulin product and ensure that financial targets are met.
– Provide leadership and mentorship to product management team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
– MBA degree from Tier 1 colleges is required.
– At least 10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful pharmaceutical products in the diabetes care space.
– Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in diabetes care, and strong knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
– Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
– Proven track record in managing product lifecycles, from ideation to launch and beyond, including product positioning, marketing, and sales.
– Experience in managing budgets and financial targets.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
