Job Description
Primary Skills: 8+ Yrs. Experience in Exchange 2016 Hybrid Infrastructure, Multiple AD Forest & Exchange Organizations. 8+ years in Messaging Domain 3+ years of experience in Office 365 +5 Yrs. Experience in Skype for Business 2015 On-Premise Secondary Skills: +2 Yrs. Experience in Cisco IronPort – Experience on Enterprise Vault administration – ADFS – Maas360 MDM Solution – Microsoft Intune – PowerShell Scripting Responsibilities : – Responsible for troubleshooting & leading critical or urgent issues on email/mobility infra – Working knowledge on Incident & Problem management. – Interact with Vendor Support for escalated issues and work towards permanent resolution – Creation of SOPs and Process Documents – Good Team player and should be able to guide/mentor junior team members. – Good communication skills written and verbal
Qualifications
Preferably BE, MCA, B-Tech & BSc IT or Any graduate
