TNI and content support as per requirement of team
Ensure employee activation on learning modules & online test certifications for the region assigned.
Employee induction, performance-based trainings, activation for the month. Rookie and ELP management.
Keep abreast of the regulatory, process changes & industry trends.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Extremely good knowledge of Insurance industry & products should be from the industry, facilitation skills
should be currently in training profile & conducting training sessions for employees.
