Job Title Mechanical Mgr – PolySi/ I&W/ Cell & Module/ Infrastructure Department Project

Job Objective
Project Construction activities for Lead Mechanical Engineer for PolySi/ I&W/ Cell & Module/ Infrastructure projects.
This position will be responsible for all Mechanical erection & commissioning aspects of PolySi/ I&W/ Cell & Module/ Infrastructure projects including coordination for project Management, Engineering Management, Contractor/ Vendor Management and site management. The person should have hands on experience to drive the Engineering coordination & Construction work as per set targets with utmost safety and quality. He needs to coordinate with Consultant/ Engineering team/TC team and lead the site Mehanical team for timely completion of the installation and commissioning work.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities o Coordinate internal resources and third partieContractors for the flawless execution of projects
o Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
o Assist in the definition of projecconstruction t scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
o Ensure resource availability and allocation
o Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
o Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
o Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
o Report and escalate to management as needed
o Manage the relationship with the client, relevant stakeholders & third parties/vendors
o Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
o Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
o Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
o Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
o Use and continually develop leadership skills
o Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Technology and IT Enablement SAP, MS Office, MS projects and related tools

. Follow up & Expedite with multiple stake holder for the speed up of project works. Monitoring progress

Installation, testing, commissioningand project execution With in agreed timeline. Project Execution in safety and quality in time, budget, scope
Safety culture No safety voilance during project execution, operation and maintenance 100% adherence to Safety norms as per agreed norms
Inteface Engineering 1. Project progress report preparation
2. planning for Project Schedule
3. Followup & compliance of HSE and pending jobs/modifications etc. Safety Norms and Implementation of Corrective action
Vendor management 1. Material mIn-max implementation
2. Creating PR & followup action for make the material at site
3. Checking for project material requirements & action plan to make the same available at site
4. Assist Procurement team for finalisation of order.
5. Vendor/Contractor Management, Audit, Approvals etc. Reduction of approval cycle and timely delivered Packages to sites
Daily Analysis Daily report of project planning & execution and gap analysis with action plan to be shared. Analytical thinking, Problem solving skills, decision making and working towards excellence
