Responsibilities & KRA:-
1. Researching prospects and generating leads.
2. Contacting New and existing customers on the phoneto generate revenue.
3. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
4. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
5. Building and maintaining a CRM database.
6. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
7. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
8. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Requirements and skills :-
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
2. Proficiency in English
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
4. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
5. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
6. Fast learner and passion for sales
7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹325,000.00 per month
