Roles & Responsibility:
- Timely and effective execution of daily aligned work Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates Reviewing processes which could be enhanced to improve the customer experience.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream Ability to write basic emails Strong logical reasoning Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.
- Maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in personal work tasks or work environment; adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
- Focuses and guides self and team members in accomplishing work objectives.
