Experience – 6 months to 2 years in chat process
Immediate joining require
Good English communication.
Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday working
Time – 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Job role
Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails and Social Media.
Educate current and potential customers with product and service information.
Maintain accurate customer records. Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹240,000.00 per month
