Roles & Responsibility:
v Physician billing, End to End RCM Process, Denials – (Min 1-year Relevant Exp)
v Accounts receivable follow up / denial management for US healthcare customers
v knowledge on denial management and A/R fundamentals will be preferred
v Willingness to work continuously in night shifts
v Following up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle time frame.
v Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary.
