Responsibilities
- Simulate the thermal behavior of cells, modules and packs for automotive High Voltage battery systems including thermal runaway of Li-Ion Batteries.
- Work on optimization of 3D simulation models and improvement of simulation processes /Method development.
- Analyze and evaluate test data.
- Work closely together with the Design Engineering team to optimize the geometry.
Requirements (Experience – 1+ years/Fresher/Intern)
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree/Phd in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable subject.
- Hands on experience in the fields of thermal management and in performing thermal/CFD simulations.
- You are familiar with ANSYS Workbench.
- Experience in scripting using Python or experience with other programming languages is beneficial.
- Have a convincing Battery chemical knowledge.
- Good analytical understanding and good ability to present and explain your results to others.
