Job Details
Roles and responsibility:
• Responsible to install, upgrade and migrate network infrastructure (Firewall, IDS/IPS, Router, Switches etc) at client location.
• Responsible to prepare LLD (Low Level Design) document.
• Troubleshoot and fix high priority issues related to Router and switches
• Replacing defective hardware components of the network devices.
• Responsible to identify bugs published by the OEM and upgrade the hardware deployed at customer location
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving hardware, software, and other issues affecting the network and device such as Routers, Switches and Security Devices
• Coordinating with vendors to resolve issue related with hardware and software operating system
Qualification:
• Graduation from reputed institute from any related field. (BE/Computer Science are preferred)
• CCNA certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of Routers, Switches and Security Devices such as Firewall, IPS/IDS, Proxy etc.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skill.
