Job Description:-
1. Handling incoming calls to answer questions, refer callers to other departments, or transfer them to specialists
2. Receiving incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate department or individual
3. Responding to incoming calls in an appropriate manner, based on call type and content.
4. Assisting with internal communications by answering phones and relaying messages within the
organization.
5. Providing post-call follow-up to ensure that customers have been satisfied with the experience.
6. Processing incoming faxes and email messages and forwarding them to the appropriate person.

2. Excellent Communication skills
3. Good listener & Good interpreter
4. Polite and soft-spoken
5. Basic Computer & MS- Excel Knowledge
Experience:-
Min 1 years of relevant experience.
